S.A.F.E. is Lumberjack Athletics East’s specialized program designed for adults aged 60 and over who want to stay strong, confident, and capable through functional movement. These low-impact classes focus on improving balance, mobility, strength, and coordination in a safe, welcoming environment.
Led by coaches who understand the needs of older adults, every workout is adapted to your individual abilities—helping you move better, feel energized, and stay active in daily life. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to maintain your independence and vitality, S.A.F.E. empowers you to live fully and move freely.
